This workshop extends Tree House – A Sanctuary in the Sky, using nature-inspired movement to help children explore space and express emotions. It focuses on collaboration and sharing feelings like belonging and resilience through physical experiences.
This workshop engaged local youths with diverse abilities to explore the varied ways of expressing ideas and emotions through creative movement while developing body awareness, coordination and spatial understanding.

RAW Moves was invited to participate in the International Society for Research on Emotion (ISRE) 2026 Biennial Conference to exhibit an excerpt of Bound, offering an alternative lens for understanding emotional expression beyond conventional research methodologies. Alongside the performance, participants can engage with Zero Point, a nostalgic traditional playground game popular in Singapore, to further explore the dynamics of tension and connection through embodied play. Together, the performance and participatory experience demonstrated how artistic practice can deepen emotional awareness and contribute to interdisciplinary inquiry.

Goodman Artventure is a year-round self-guided experience that encourages audiences to explore the art spaces and creative community of Goodman Arts Centre. As part of the Open Studios programme, RAW Moves welcomed members of the public into its studio to observe an A Little RAW Youth class, offering insight into the company’s inclusive teaching approach and movement-based pedagogy in practice.
2025 & 2026
RAW Moves Ltd conducted a dance programme for Secondary 2 students, to cultivate an interest in K-pop dance as a form of performing art amongst the students. The programme also empowered students with self-confidence by using dance as a means to express themselves. Students also understood the importance of teamwork in the process of putting up a performance.

RAW Moves was invited to present as part of ISPA Open City, a programme aimed at providing insights into Singapore’s creative ecosystem and the people shaping the local arts scene through shared conversations, sneak peaks and sharing sessions. RAW Moves’ presentation offers an introduction to the company, highlights selected past works and features a live presentation to share its artistic direction and creative approach.

RAW Moves Artistic Director Ricky Sim was invited to share his artistic practice and facilitate explorations with Honours students from LASALLE College of the Arts in the second semester. Focusing on the integration of technology and movement, Ricky guided students through collaborative processes using real-time computer vision and generative systems to explore relationships between body, machine, and performance. Bringing together students from Design and Dance, the programme encouraged interdisciplinary collaboration, experimentation and open-ended exploration.

Curious Games invites you on a nostalgic journey through Singapore’s rich tapestry of childhood memories, celebrating the joy and imagination of traditional games cherished across generations. Inspired by timeless favourites like Paper Aeroplanes and Paper Balls, this immersive and interactive performance transforms these beloved games into vibrant storytelling and movement experiences.
As part of Singapore’s 60th birthday celebrations, this interactive performance invites audiences to craft and fly paper aeroplanes through reimagined local landmarks, creating a bridge between past and present. This immersive experience combines the joy of handicraft with movement and storytelling, as creative expressions merge into a collective choreography.
