Jobscope:

  • Organise and execute Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings
  • Manage and maintain governance in accordance to the Charity and IPC status
  • Plan and evaluate all administrative engagements with the Artistic Director
  • Prepare and upkeep operational reports, annual budget information and maintain procedures manuals
  • Adhere to all financial application and reporting deadlines
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring and termination in accordance with Ministry of Manpower
  • Handle staff relations, creating staff folders and maintain staff records

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in Arts Management/Business Administration
  • Relevant experience preferred e.g., performing arts, charity, or non-profit organisation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) 
  • Good interpersonal skills and an interest in the Arts will be an asset
  • Open-minded and receptive personality

Outreach & Communications Executive (Part-Time)

As a Outreach & Communications Executive, your primary role will include:

  • Plan, develop and execute engagement and outreach programmes 
  • Promote greater awareness of our company’s mission, performance platforms, classes and programmes
  • Perform and/or oversee all matters regarding Studio Classes
  • Perform and/or oversee administrative matters regarding Productions such as ticketing and Front of House
  • Maintain and grow network and partnerships with a diverse group of stakeholders including government agencies, academic institutions and special interest groups 
  • Provide support to the Marketing department in areas such as engagement of audiences, sponsors and donors
  • Coordinate efficiently and effectively with the Artistic Director, Artistic team and different stakeholders on all related performance/outreach matters
  • Update company’s social media platform such as Facebook and Instagram

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, preferably in a non-profit organization 
  • Diploma/Degree in Arts Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Business or any other relevant field in the arts preferred
  • Dance background would be a plus 
  • Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment

As a MarComm Executive, your primary role will include:

  • Maintain and update company’s social media platform
  • Work to successfully set up EDM campaigns within email marketing tool (Mailchimp)
  • Content creation for social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Assist with ad campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Manage and improve organic search engine performance
  • Collate and analyse data to identify consumer trends and insights, monitor and consistently improve performance key metrics
  • Regular updating of company’s website (WordPress) would be a plus

Requirements

  • Diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Proficient and comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Meta and Google
  • Willingness to learn about marketing, SEO, content marketing and lead generation
  • Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Dancer (Full Time)

Criteria:

  • Trained in Ballet and Contemporary, with good improvisational skills
    Dancers trained in other forms of movement are also welcome to apply 
  • Versatile, receptive and able to work collaboratively
  • Interest in interdisciplinary and experimental works
  • Minimum 21 years old

Audition Requirements:

  • Ballet / Contemporary Dance
  • Solo Work (3 mins)
  • Improvisation

Outreach & Partnerships
  • Organise and facilitate workshops, events, and ad-hoc educational sessions to generate exposure, accessibility and promote strong dance alliances, locally or cross-border, physically or digitally. For example, liaising for NAC-AEP Programme bookings with schools

  • Develop and increase the awareness of our work and drive participation in Outreach programmes (i.e. RAWGround / A Little RAW) and related events / workshops for RAW Moves and/or its creative personnel, researchers, and involving the wider community (if required) including administrative duties such as planning programme dates/term dates, booking venues and preparing contracts, monitoring class attendance

  • By working with the rest of the team, envision, plan, formulate and execute an outreach plan that covers events, marketing and publicity for our in-house and external programmes, including any market research required

  • When required, coordinating with production manager on all related marketing/outreach matters

  • Participation and contribution in meetings related to Core or commissioned programmes may be required for planning
Communications
  • Responsible for press release and liaising with media

  • Responsible for in-house (e.g. email signature) and external communications, designingand creating content for our various communication channels, such as newsletters,websites, social media, and event publicity platforms (i.e. online ticketing platforms)

  • Initiate and reimagine new communication initiatives and events to engage local oroverseas community (i.e. educational kit / research guides)

  • Assist and update VIP invitations and RSVPs to shows/programmes

  • Assist to collate complimentary tickets arising from (corporate/non-corporate) donations/sponsorships

  • Assist in other initiatives/campaigns that may arise from time to time
Reporting

Assist General Manager and Artistic Director, to report relevant Outreach matters quarterly to grant organisations and the Board. Thus, will require support for:

  • Timely progress reports
  • Summary of Outreach events and statistics (i.e. attendance / ticket sales)
  • Completed audience surveys
  • Photos and Media archival
Job Attributes
  • Bachelor degree in Arts Management or similar relevant field in the arts preferred
  • Receptive to interdisciplinary works and/or unconventional artistic expressions
  • Working knowledge of email, digital media, social media and the differing needs of thesocial platforms
  • Working knowledge of web-related performance tracking eg, Google Analytics and CRMeg. Hubspot.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator,etc.) and Canva, digital content creation, basic knowledge of video editing tools) skillspreferred
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to articulate ideas well both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to generate excitement and momentum in communicating stories/messages
  • Digital marketing and/or experience in email campaigns, SEO and SEM, a bonus
  • Good team player and work independently, mature, self-motivated, meticulous fordetails and multi-tasks
  • Should be comfortable moving seamlessly between planning, content, and execution
