Teaching Assistant (Part-Time)​

RAW Moves is looking for a Teaching Assistant(s) to join our A Little RAW team.           

As a Teaching Assistant, your roles will include:

  • Assist the co-director of A Little RAW programme in the facilitation of all in-house and external programmes
  • Prepare the required teaching resources and logistics for the smooth execution of each class
  • Participate in A Little RAW events (performer/backstage)
  • Attend all meetings, classes and rehearsals related to the teaching and planning of the programme
  • Follow and execute the programme’s curriculum diligently

The ideal candidate should:

  • Preferably have some teaching experience in a similar role and/or worked with members of the special community
  • 18 years old and above
  • Have minimally a Certificate/Diploma/Degree 
  • Fresh graduates/Students/Part-Timers are welcome to apply
  • Available to commit for at least 6 months and above
  • Have initiative and able to work as a team
  • Comfortable to work with children and youths of diverse abilities
  • Good interpersonal skills 
  • Dance/Movement experience will be a plus
  • Must be Singaporean, PRs or with valid Student Visa
  • Able to start immediately or at short notice.

Marketing & Administrative Assistant Manager

RAW Moves is looking for a Marketing & Administrative Assistant Manager (Part-time/Full-time) to join our team

As a Marketing & Administrative Assistant Manager, your roles will include:

  • Leads and contributes to assigned marketing and communication activities
  • Participate in PR pitches and communications of the company’s productions
  • Assists to manage the company’s social media platforms, including copywriting and content creation
  • Creates company’s newsletters and updates the website
  • Maintains and updates the media list

  • Has initiative and can work independently as part of a small, lean team

  • Detailed and have good communication and writing skills

Company Manager (Part-Time/Full-Time)

The Company Manager will work together with the Artistic Director to develop, implement and evaluate programmes for the company. The Company Manager will help enhance the Administrative support of the company and to assume responsibility, accountability in all administrative and operational matters.

As Company Manager, your roles will include:

  • Plan & execute strategic directions with the Artistic Director
  • Promote company’s mission, performance platforms, classes and programmes
  • Seek and grow network and partnerships with a diverse group of stakeholders including government agencies, academic institutions and special interest groups
  • Oversee the preparation of grant applications and reports, annual budget information including Major Company scheme reporting to NAC
  • Plan and oversee all Board meetings and related matters including maintaining procedures manuals and company policies in adherence to Charity status.
  • Work with accountant on clerical bookkeeping & financial administrative matters with the accounting personnel, keeping to required timelines.
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring for staff and handle staff related administrative matters

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have good knowledge of arts administration, outreach event planning and company management
  • Has at least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, preferably in a performing arts, charity, or non-profit organisation

As a MarComm Executive, your primary role will include:

  • Maintain and update company’s social media platform
  • Work to successfully set up EDM campaigns within email marketing tool (Mailchimp)

Communications

  • Assist in other initiatives/campaigns that may arise from time to time
Reporting

Assist General Manager and Artistic Director, to report relevant Outreach matters quarterly to grant organisations and the Board. Thus, will require support for:

  • Summary of Outreach events and statistics (i.e. attendance / ticket sales)
  • Completed audience surveys
  • Photos and Media archival
Job Attributes
  • Bachelor degree in Arts Management or similar relevant field in the arts preferred
  • Receptive to interdisciplinary works and/or unconventional artistic expressions
  • Working knowledge of email, digital media, social media and the differing needs of thesocial platforms
  • Working knowledge of web-related performance tracking eg, Google Analytics and CRMeg. Hubspot.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator,etc.) and Canva, digital content creation, basic knowledge of video editing tools) skillspreferred
