Freelance Production Manager (Contract Service)

RAW Moves is seeking a Freelance Production Manager to support our upcoming Seasons 2026 and 2027.

The Production Manager will play a key role in planning, coordinating and executing productions, ensuring smooth delivery across rehearsals, performances and tours. This role requires strong organisational skills, technical knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with artists, partners and venues.

As a production manager, your role will include:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects both independently and as a team leader.
  • Attend all production meetings and rehearsals (including filming, full runs, and media previews) scheduled by the Company.
  • Assist the Artistic Director in sourcing and overseeing the production team, including Stage Manager, Technical Manager & Crew (sound, lighting, props, etc.), and Ushers.
  • Liaise with artists to coordinate logistics, programme schedules, and production requirements.
  • Ensure the artistic intentions of the Artistic Director and Producer are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Source and secure production venues, ensure licences and ticketing are arranged, and liaise with the Artistic Director, creators, and partners on schedules and technical needs.
  • Provide clear and timely communication with all team members to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Uphold rigorous safety standards across all activities, on-site and off-site.
  • Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and replacement of production equipment.
  • Maintain organised records and archives of equipment lists and digital content.

Candidate Profile:

  • Singaporeans and PRs only.
  • Diploma/Degree in Production Management, Technical Theatre, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.

Teaching Assistant (Part-Time)​

RAW Moves is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our A Little RAW team.           

As a Teaching Assistant, your roles will include:

  • Assist the co-director of A Little RAW programme in the facilitation of all in-house and external programmes
  • Prepare the required teaching resources and logistics for the smooth execution of each class
  • Participate in A Little RAW events (performer/backstage)
  • Attend all meetings, classes and rehearsals related to the teaching and planning of the programme
  • Follow and execute the programme’s curriculum diligently

The ideal candidate should:

  • Preferably have some teaching experience in a similar role and/or worked with members of the special community
  • 18 years old and above
  • Have minimally a Certificate/Diploma/Degree 
  • Fresh graduates/Students/Part-Timers are welcome to apply
  • Available to commit for at least 6 months and above
  • Have initiative and able to work as a team
  • Comfortable to work with children and youths of diverse abilities
  • Good interpersonal skills 
  • Dance/Movement experience will be a plus
  • Must be Singaporean, PRs or with valid Student Visa
  • Able to start immediately or at short notice.
  • On the job training will be provided upon confirmation

Studio Executive (Part-time)

RAW Moves is seeking a Studio Executive to drive the daily operations and growth of our studio. In this role, you will manage class registrations, marketing initiatives and administrative tasks, liaise with parents and work closely with the teaching team and the company.

As a Studio Executive, your role will include:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, including class registrations, enrolment and operational logistics.
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies, campaigns and communications to promote the studio’s classes, performances and programmes in collaboration with the Company Manager.
  • Liaise with parents regarding class schedules, enrolment, payments and related enquiries.
  • Assists in the Company’s event as a support for Front of House.
  • Promote the studio’s mission, classes, performances and programmes through strategic communication and outreach.

Requirements

  • Singaporeans/PRs only.
  • Working on-site required.
  • Able to work a minimum of 22 working hours per week, with the possibility of full-time commitment.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays.
  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Arts Management or a related field preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills; able to articulate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Self-motivated, shows initiative and able to work independently as part of a small, lean team.
  • Receptive to interdisciplinary works and unconventional artistic expressions.
  • Skills in simple digital content creation (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

RAW Moves is looking for an Admin and Outreach Assistant Manager (Part-time/Full-time) to join our team.

As an Admin and Outreach Assistant Manager, your role will include:

  • Manage grant writing, applications, submissions and post-project reports.
  • Lead outreach efforts to build community partnerships and broaden programme reach.
  • Support company-wide marketing and communications, including social media, newsletters and publicity materials.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including scheduling, documentation and reporting in coordination with the Artistic Director and Company Manager.
  • Organise and prepare meetings with stakeholders, partners and collaborators.
  • Manage ticketing, Front of House operations and related administrative duties for productions and events.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth programme and event delivery.
  • Assist with budget tracking and basic financial administration.

Requirements:

  • Singaporeans/PRs only.
  • Working on-site required.
  • Commit to a minimum of 3 working days per week, preferably on weekdays, with the option to transition to full-time.
  • Be available to work on Saturdays when required.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Arts Management or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly in both verbal and written form.
  • Be self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently within a small, lean team.
  • Be comfortable managing administrative, outreach coordination tasks.
  • Be receptive to interdisciplinary work and unconventional artistic expressions.
  • Have experience or familiarity with stakeholder engagement and reporting.
