A constant shaping happens, where things are adjusted and relationships change. This process of refining balances old patterns with new ones. Through these changes, connection, distribution, and authenticity might shift, depending on the guiding ideas and actions taken.
Joy in repetition
Audrey Desmond (Social Media Manager)
The rhythm of practice: repetition upon repetition. Rituals that can feel relentless. But it’s in this constant refinement that progress reveals itself. To find joy, or at least dedication, in even the chore-like aspects of practice unlocks that progress.

Cutting it close
Matthew Goh (Company Dancer)
There’s a satisfaction in cutting my nails close to the edge—until the “whites” are gone. I feel good knowing that it’ll be weeks before I have to cut my nails again. They look symmetrical and clean, and it’s unlikely anything will be stuck under them.
This obsession expresses the same feelings I have about perfection, that razor precision and refined output that undoubtedly takes more care and attention. All because it gives me that sense of achievement.
Although, I’ve heard that buffing my nails is the next level. Well, it looks like I’m not a true perfectionist yet.
KATHARSIS
Aqil Alfean (Marketing Intern)
a coming-of-age moment like a rite of passage or some sort of “eureka” epiphany. bleached, dyed hair and new thrifted clothes; unbounded and free to experiment. “just a little to the right” i adjust myself, until i hear my own name followed by “i almost didn’t recognise you.” fear of judgement made me a stranger to myself but now I am a canvas, inked. sometimes, i worry i change too much, but change is the journey to catharsis.
